ABOUT SHIPPING:
When buying both big items (such as books) and small items (such as stickers), the two will be marked at checkout as different packages due to different shipping rates, but I will do my best to ship items that can be grouped together in one package. This is simply due to Big Cartel way of differentiating shipping depending on size/weight of the items.
ABOUT SHIPPING - STICKERS ONLY:
European and oversea buyers have an extra shipping option at checkout named 'stickers only': as described, this is for orders with only stickers and/or sticker packs in them. Since they are both light and small, there is no need for extra charges with each extra item, so you can choose this to save on shipping. You can also use this option if all you have with your stickers are big items, since big item shipping will be separated as stated above.
Orders choosing this shipping option with other small items that are not stickers (such as prints, keychains, tapes and the likes) will be cancelled.
ABOUT TRACKING:
At checkout, you can choose between standard delivery and delivery with tracking. If you choose standard delivery and your package is lost by the post office, I cannot be held accountable for it and will not be able to refund or resend the item, so if your local postal service has an history of losing packages I would recommend going with tracking.
If your order has not arrived past the approx. delivery time stated at shipping, please contact me through the above e-mail adress ([email protected]). Sometimes packages come back to me so you might be requested to wait the same delivery time to make sure the merchandise is lost.
PACKAGE CAME BACK TO SELLER DUE TO AN ERROR IN BUYER'S ADRESS:If the error is on my part I will send the package back to you with no extra shipping, but if the error was made by you at checkout you will have to pay for shipping again or request a refund (shipping not included in refund). Please double check that all your information is correct before checking out to avoid this problem.
GENERAL FAQ
- When will my order be shipped ? Orders are dispatched at least once a week. Once your order has been deposited at the post office, you will receive an e-mail to let you know. If your order contains pre-order items, please refer to the product description for estimates.
- How are custom fees handled ? All packages are sent via Swiss Post. Depending on your country, custom fees may incur: these fees are not included in the shipping and must be covered by you.
- Where do I use my tracking number ? If your chose the 'with tracking' shipping option, you will receive a tracking number with your shipping confirmation e-mail. You can track your order directly from the Post.ch front page.
- I made a mistake while inputting my information ! Please contact me as soon as possible at [email protected] with the full correct information and your order number. If your order has already been shipped then refer to 'PACKAGE CAME BACK TO SELLER DUE TO AN ERROR IN BUYER'S ADRESS' above.
